This kiddo loves his brothers. He has become a little shadow to anyone who will let him tag along. I have to capture all the peaceful happy moments when they are being nice and having fun. It helps me forget about the screaming and fighting that is happening in between.

When I was 3 I decided to be a bird. I completely committed myself to the idea and tried to fly off the kitchen table. The result.....a broken nose. Thirty years later I am still paying for that short lived dream. I have been using a nose spray lately and Dax, with his inquiring 3 year old mind, wanted to know why. So I proceeded to tell him my bird story. His reply was very matter of fact, "mom, birds have wings. You have arms only". It's good to know that my offspring is smarter than me.

Any of you who remotely know Baylor will already know that the boy LOVES to eat. He eats a lot. All the time. If you have food and he doesn't, you are officially his new bestie. Well yesterday was a first for us. I have seen my boys put plenty of nasty stuff in their mouths. Most of the time I just walk away and pretend it didn't happen. Good parenting skills, I know. Bay decided to take it to a whole new level. Nate got home from work and bay was right by his side, like always. He headed to the bathroom to take a shower before class and took off his shirt (rawr). Next thing we knew Baylor had reached into his belly button, grabbed the lint, and stuffed it in his mouth. We looked at each other like "did that really just happen?" and Baylor just turned and walked away like it was a regular occurrence. Some days I really do wish I made this stuff up.

Here's a little glimpse into our Easter happenings with the Wright clan
Candy scattered everywhere and still an empty sack......maybe he's not my kid after all.
Grandpa's little angels
The 12 grandsons (#13 will be joining them shortly). Maybe one of these years there will be some pink in there.

Here's a little look at all of our Easter happenings.............
Grandma Taco and all the grandkiddos
Grandpa Bernie with the grandkiddos
Notice the dirty feet and sunburned cheeks........yay! Finally warm enough to play outside.
Baylor was not the least bit impressed with Easter. Who cares that there is candy everywhere, all the boy wanted were chips.......super healthy breakfast.
My bunch of boys ready for church. Man, they make me happy.
And baylor was done with the picture taking.
First time the Easter Bunny had to leave a cheat sheet of carbs. At least he was smart enough to remember so we weren't digging through the trash to read the labels. That may or may not have happened once or twice at this house the past few months.
